Brenda says that decades of pervasive hustle culture, casual workplace sexism, and a lack of mentorship doesn't exactly set women up to feel confident making the leap to entrepreneurship.
It took Brenda 27 years of developing multi-million-dollar brands and CEOs—and one earth-shaking divorce—to finally go down the road of entrepreneurship! Brenda had to reset everything—starting with her health, learning to set “boundaries,” and create a vision for her own life—if she wanted to build a business that wasn’t just a repeat of the misaligned life she was so desperate to leave behind.
Since then, Brenda has coached hundreds of successful women in their 40s, 50s, and older to help them do the same. Because the thing Brenda is 100% sure about is that the world needs a lot more successful, innovative, and unstoppable women in business.
Brenda now works with midlife women business owners and emerging entrepreneurs to help them bring in $10K+ months doing what they love in one-to-one and group coaching experiences, and in her growing Aligned AF Community Membership.
