On this week’s guest, we have nationwide apartment building investors Michael Ponte! I first met Michael at a real estate conference many years ago where he was collecting his award as apartment building investor of the year. Michael invests all across Canada and more recently in the maritimes provinces and he has a unique strategy, one I can’t recall I’ve heard of before in the multifamily space.
