How to have controversial conversations with compassion with Amber Susa and Siri Baruc Thornton

Season 9 Episode 4 Published 2 years, 4 months ago
Description

Amber Susa and Siri Baruc Thornton discuss and practice how to have open-hearted, respectful conversation with someone with a very different perspective or experience especially when it's triggering. How do we serve our highest authority; our inner knowing, as well as the community as a whole through safe-space dialogue? How can we master the art of communicating in a way that does not invalidate the other person's experience even if it's not our experience. Through practice of navigating these types of conversations, we can bring more peace and understanding to ourselves, to each other and to the world. We can heal our personal and collective trauma. Amber and Siri discuss how having compassionate dialogue is essential for inner and for world peace.

Siri Baruc Thornton is a Reiki Master of Masters, Mountain Breathwork facilitator, Akashic Records Teacher, and founder of sage + blush wellness, a safe space to come home to the soul that you are. All services and membership can be found on www.sageandblushwellness.com
