Dr. Celeste Chiam is an expressive pianist, passionate educator, and nurturer of creativity. She earned her Bachelor of Music from Ithaca College, a Master of Music from the University of New Mexico, and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Celeste has a diverse performing arts background, ranging from classical and ballet to musical theater and Argentine tango.
A practitioner of Nichiren Buddhism with Soka Gakkai International, she believes in the goodness of humanity and the importance of meaningful dialogue. Celeste’s upcoming offering, the Creative Rejuvenation Playshop, combines energetics and fine arts to awaken joy and creative flow.
