Back in 2015 a friend alerted me to an article published by a local (Grand Rapids, MI) writer about her experiences going to Charleston shortly after the horrendous massacre at Mother Emmanuel Church. I thought it very powerful, & worthy of a discussion on Common Threads. Theme music "Nigal."
