3 garlic cloves, gratedĀ
100ml olive oilĀ
juice of 1 lemonĀ
Ā½ small pack mintĀ

On half a kilo of cooked (barbequed) zucchini, dress it after cooking with a dressing made up of: Ā
1 garlic clove, finely grated, 100ml olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper, 3 tbs finely chopped fresh mint.Ā
