Recently a friend of mine requested for me to do so research into a machine that steals souls . I never thought it might lead me to look into High Frenquency Advanced Altitude Research Program better know as H.A.A.R.P. Know mostly for weather modification such as chem trails ect . How does this fit into it ? How does D.A.R.P.A. Fit into this also . How does our consciousness effect how we handle this ?
