Today we are discussing a case from Illinois where a young man accidentally beat his mother to death with a baseball bat, thinking that she was an intruder. There were a lot of contributing factors to this case that we discuss in the episode and we also spend a great deal of time talking about the fact that he is not serving any jail time for this crime.
