Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo finally admitted that "government had no capacity to enforce any" mandate during the pandemic, and that "it was really all voluntary," because there were no laws. Dr. Birx, who ran the federal response, also finally admitted that it is very possible to be injured by injections and that if you were its imperative you come forward and allow officials to study your genetics to see what happened. She also admitted that healthy healthcare workers had no reason to be mandated by the SCOUTS to receive injections. Was it all just one gigantic psychological and scientific experiment?
