Luke Fickell leaving the Cincinnati Bearcats to take the head coaching job at Wisconsin marks the start of a rebuild at the University of Cincinnati. Alex explains why the one big thing leaving the program after six years, in addition to Fickell, is continuity.

The Cincinnati Bearcats are not only replacing the greatest head coach in program history, they're replacing its architect. They now join several other programs and teams in sports to see what that is like.

When it comes to names for who could be the next potential head coach, several names come to mind. Alex gives names he would want to see be the next head coach, including two big names he would consider.

Alex then tries to put Luke Fickell's legacy at Cincinnati into words. There are so many elements to it, but what stands out is how he got the University of Cincinnati to dream big and that he did things the right way with all that he accomplished.
