While the Cincinnati Bearcats are entering a rebuild, another question looms large over the immediate future of the football program: do they keep or change their identity? Alex explains how this past year's team would not have stacked up well in the Big 12 this year.
There's been a lot of perceptions about the Cincinnati Bearcats football head coaching job over the years, mainly that it's only a stepping stone program. Alex explains how Luke Fickell changed the perception of the job but that doesn't mean it's now a destination job. Then again, is there really a such thing as a "destination job."
