Alex is joined by AllBearcats and Sports Illustrated colleague Russ Heltman for his biggest takeaways from Brown and Manning's introductory press conferences.

Alex and Russ then talk about the transfers who have committed this week, including one who is going to bolster an already strong defensive line room returning for 2023.

Russ then emphasizes how the rest of January is a crucial stretch for the Cincinnati Bearcats men's basketball team if they want to have any chance of making the NCAA Tournament.
