The 2023 season opener is still over seven months away, but now is a good time for the first projection for the 22 starters.

Alex attempts to predict the starters on a rebuilding offense and a strong returning defense. The offense has several positions rebuilding. Who in the world is going to start along the offensive line? The good news, though, is the defense returns several key players including two Hometown Heroes at linebacker.

Alex then looks ahead to Sunday's crucial showdown on the hardwood against Memphis and how it could drastically impact the Cincinnati Bearcats chances at an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. And if last year's Bearcats-Memphis games are any indication, this game could be a track meet.
