The Cincinnati Bearcats are moving on in the NIT, beating Virginia Tech 81-72 Wednesday night. Alex is joined by AllBearcats and Sports Illustrated colleague Russ Heltman to recap the game and look ahead to Saturday afternoon's game against Hofstra.

Alex and Russ then recap last week's conference tournament, including an atrocious performance by David DeJulius against Houston in the AAC semifinals. On the bright side, Russ thinks Dan Skillings Jr. has an incredibly bright future.

We've been hearing about Scott Satterfield's even-keeled demeanor at practice. Russ explains why it's real and the differences in practice between Satterfield and Luke Fickell.
