The Philadelphia Phillies 26-man roster appears just about set as the team is just three days away from Opening Day against the Washington Nationals. utility man Kody Clemens has been informed that he's made the Phillies 26-man roster over Buddy Kennedy, who the Phillies will look to trade in the next few days. The Phillies also claimed reliever Carlos Hernandez from the Kansas City Royals. Tyler Phillips has been DFA'd to make room on the 40-man roster.
