86-year-old Garth Barfoot is in London at the time of posting this (participating in the 2022 London marathon).
He has had an incredible career in real estate (Barfoot and Thompson). But it’s through his feats in endurance running and triathlon events that I know him.
What makes Garth even more remarkable is his entry to the sport- he didn’t start competing until his late 50’s, proving it’s never too late to do something that seems impossibly hard.
