If you want to improve your life, you must start to cultivate good habits. I added horses of course! But seriously, try to include as many of these healthy habits as possible every day.
Your habits will either make you or break you. Healthy habits are learned in the same way as unhealthy ones, through practice.
When building your healthy habits, choose ones that are easier to stick to so you can do them on a regular basis.
Want to develop a habit of reading to expand your mind? Choose a book that you can’t put down.
Want to make sure you exercise? Do one you enjoy doing.
Want a healthier diet? Choose food you find tasty.
Whatever your goals are stay persistent. Studies show it takes 21 days to form a new habit so stick with your new habit and over time your habits will become your lifestyle.
