The Celtics (51-19) opened up their season-high, 6-game road trip with a (121-99) over the Utah Jazz at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City Friday night. The Celtics have won 4 in a row overall and are now 9-1 in the month of March. The Celtics also win both games in the season series vs. the Jazz.

Scoring Leaders:  Kristaps Porzingis led the Celtics with 27 Points and 10 Rebounds. Jayson Tatum scored 26 Points and also collected 6 Rebounds, 6 Assists and 3 steals. Payton Pritchard and Sam Hauser both hit 4 3's off the bench.  Pritchard scored 18 and Hauser had 14.  Colin Sexton had a game-high 30 in the loss for the Jazz.

No Go For Jaylen: Prior to Friday night's game, the Celtics announced that Jaylen Brown has been diagnosed with a bone bruise with posterior impingement in his right knee. Brown missed Friday's game, and he will miss Sunday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers.  He will be reevaluated on Monday. Brown has been out of the lineup for 2 straight games and 3 of the last 4 for the Celtics.

#'s of the Night: The Celtics are now a season-high 32 games over .500 with Friday's win at Utah.  The Celtics improved to (11-3) with Brown out of the Starting Lineup. The Celtics had 33 2nd-chance points in the victory.  The Celtics are now 15-0 on the season when holding their opponent below 100 points. It was also the Celtics 16th win this season by 20 or more points.

1st-Half Nuggets:  The Celtics trailed 5-0 early on in the 1st Quarter but got 3's from Kristaps Porzingis and Jayson Tatum to go in front for the 1st time in the opening quarter.  Boston led by 17 in the 1st Quarter and led 35-21 after the 1st 12 minutes. The Celtics never trailed in the 2nd Quarter and led 60-51 at Halftime. Kristaps Porzingis hit 3 3's and had 21 Points in the 1st Half for the Celtics and Jayson Tatum had 17 Points.  The Celtics knocked down 10 3's in the 1st Half.

Up Next: Boston will play the Trail Blazers and Kings on back-to-back nights Sunday and Monday. The Celtics conclude the trip against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday, March 31.
