We often say that you don't have to have prior real estate experience to be successful in investing, and this is true of Roy (and his wife Anna), who are investors in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Market in Minnesota. Roy was a filmmaker who was focused on social justice issues in East Africa. Anna has a PhD in Family Social Science and is a professor at the University of Minnesota. Together they form a great team that focuses on fix & flips, rehabs, and rentals. In addition to that, they are passionate about helping others to create wealth to build financial freedom and coach others to do what they did to achieve their own success.
