Description
Nazi Germany and communist countries are no fun because it's hard to be under the omnipresent eye of the thought police and the censors. SCOTUS cracked open the door to the censors, especially the more sophisticated and coercive sort—which is precisely what this case was all about. Will there be a principled minority around in 2045 to stand for liberty . . . or not?
