Law enforcement released the 911 recording after prosecutors unsealed a court document with a transcript of the call. The filing is in response to Kohberger’s arguments that the jury should not hear the 911 call. The attorneys argue that the call was improperly submitted as evidence, as many of the statements made in the call are ‘hearsay.’ Judge John Judge already ruled that the statements in question fall under present tense impression and excited utterance exceptions, but defense attorneys are making the argument again with Ada County Judge Steven Hippler. 

In the call, you can here how upset the roommates are as they call 911 saying someone is not waking up.  In the meantime, Kohberger's attorneys have made claims that he was framed, as they continue to battle for Kohberger's freedom.
