My guest today is Sergeant Rob Pickowitz, a 27-year veteran of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, which is the second largest sheriffs department in California behind Los Angeles County. During his career, he worked corrections, patrol, field training, special enforcement team, community oriented policing, school resource officer, public information officer, investigations and SWAT operator. He was awarded Deputy of the year and earned two medals of merit.  As a supervisor, he supervised traffic services, administration, special enforcement, court services, recruitment & background investigations, public information and patrol. I am a husband and father of two.
