This episode is not about the education system per se, but it is amazing how so many of the country's most urgent problems are related to some improper understanding of how things work. More than any other institution, The FED is shrouded in secrecy and misinformation. The party line surrounding The FED is that things would be so much worse if they weren't there to smooth the ebbs and flows of the economy. This is patently false and misleading. Surprise, the government itself is the source of the lack of the understanding of this incredibly important institution. This episodes profiles yet another example of how propaganda by the government misleads the public.
