He's known for his roles as Lieutenant Dan Taylor in Forrest Gump (1994) and Detective Mac Taylor on CSI: New York for nine seasons. Sinise has won a Primetime Emmy, Golden Globe, Tony, and four Screen Actors Guild Awards, and has been nominated for an Academy Award.
