This episode travels virtually from Cary, NC to Cochabamba, Bolivia, In the early 2000s, through Sallie Abba and Partners of the America's Cary Area EMS (I was joined by past guests on the podcast Greg Edwards and Marion Houle) traveled on a medical/educational mission to Bolivia. There we met Chief Mario Aranibar and his amazing volunteers of SAR Bolivia. Mario has a long history of public safety service as an innovator, leader, EMT, firefighter, HazMat expert, and parachute jumper.
