Kimberly Sullivan, a 56-year-old woman from Waterbury, Connecticut, has been charged with serious crimes including assault, kidnapping, unlawful restraint, cruelty, and reckless endangerment.
She was arrested on March 12th following allegations that she held her 32-year-old stepson captive for over 20 years. The case came to light after a house fire on February 17th which the stepson allegedly set to escape.
