Today, Larry goes one on onewith Thoroughbred Trainer Ken McPeek , who discusses his horse Thorpedo Anna  and her winning Horse of the Year honors for the 2024 racing season and what the future plans are for her. He also discusses today’s Virginia Derby at Colonial Downs and in particular his horse Render Judgement and whether with the equipment changes he made on him , he likes his chances in the stakes race today. Kenalso talks about Render Judgement’s Jockey Brian Hernandez and the special connection they have.;CTHS Ontario President David Anderson, who disusses the proposed tariffs  that if launched, could severely impact the Canadian Horse Racing Industry and in particular the Breeding side of the business. David also mentions about a proposed April 2nd datehas been given to enforce the tariffs and mentions whether there is a possibility that the decion could be
‘stalled ‘ for awhile. He also talks about whether the proposed tariffs could perhaps have a negative impact on the CTHS Yearling Sale later this August.; Standardbred Trainer  Rob Fellows, who discusses what it felt like when he got the news that his Trotter, Logan Park had been invited to represent Canada in the famed Elitlopp Trot in Sweden this May. He also talks about whether he will be training Logan Park differently for the race, since it could involve racing in two heats on the same day and talks about why Logan Park is like a ‘fine wine’ that seems to get better with age each year.
