I have homophobic and anti Semitic friends! (Prejudice, non aligned values)

Are there answers for how to deal with this? I value love, peace, compassion and authenticity. That is already a very difficult battle. Do I stay friends with prejudice people? Do I keep extending a hand when I feel like they don't recognize their own hate? Do I call it out? Do I ignore it?
