Wayne came out of retirement and coached the Stamford Bulldogs to the state championship game where they lost in 3OT.
They discuss the many changes that he has seen over the course of his career, building a winning culture, the challenges of coaching at small schools, and they look forward to what might on the horizon for high school sports.
