Four men who are accused of branding an alleged victim with a cattle iron have been refused bail in the High Court.
Brothers Jason and Devon Hennessy as well as Dean and his father Kenneth Fitzsimons are accused of the “planned and organised” torture of a man in west Dublin.
Niall speaks to the Sunday World's Eamon Dillon about why a judge decided the men must remain in custody.
