The key to it all? Shared decision making.

It almost sounds counterintuitive. Too many cooks and all that. But it doesn’t mean everyone decides everything. It simply means you include those who will implement decisions in the decision-making process. Which actually shortens the gap between decision and action. And increases buy-in and effectiveness.

Lorraine literally wrote the book on this, Shared Decision Making in the Corporate Arena. And she explored over 40 frameworks organizations have used to get these results.

I don’t know about you, but with the world butt deep in problems, getting results sounds pretty good to me.
