196 – The $2000 Sofa

Dear David,
Let’s say that you are buying a sofa and it is $2000. You can easily afford to pay cash, but the store offers you 12 months interest free. They will not let you use that as a bargaining chip to lower the price. Should you pay cash or pay by the month?
