Whatever You Have Done to the Very Least of my Brothers, you have Done to Me
Published 1 year, 2 months ago
Description
We receive a special revelation from God today in the gospel of the mass. Our creator identifies Himself with our neighbor, and not just any neighbor, but the least of our brothers or sisters. The “least” consist of those who do not measure up to our expectations. God, as they say, is found in the most unlikely of spots. We would expect Him to be in success, in the nice things of life, in victory, in wealth, etc. Remember when He was born, who expected Him to be born that way in Bethlehem, in a stable, laid in a manger, etc. It is hard to follow this, but it is still the truth. God or Jesus claims it to be like that. He identifies Himself with those we do not expect.
