Lee Addison of rugbyleaguecoach.com.au interviews Alan Kilshaw, a coach with huge experience in both Australia and England.
Kilshaw is currently the Head Coach and Director of Coaching and Development at Oakey Bears in the highly respected Toowoomba Rugby League. He has already been Head Coach of professional sides Rochdale Hornets, Hunslet Hawks and Swinton Lions in the UK as well as Sarina Crocodiles in Australia. He has also worked at Mackay Cutters and has an excellent track record.
