practice basics

practice basics

I can hear a lot of mumble jumble telling you about this or that, which way to turn, what to do, and it is great to have this variety of opportunities to study so many different Ways to get to know one Self.  Within each of these practices are even more basic "principles" or practices being assimilated by a "practitioner" like you or me and they are the basic human physiology "stuff" like breathing, pulsing, and shimmering.  To be witness of these basic and fundamental aspects of one's own be-ing, hello, doesn't get much more basic than this and you don't need anything else, but your Self, to unfold and be more allowing,  accepting of what you find, keeping an open mind that as everything is changing, so, too, might you of what direction you perceive you want to go.  Coordinating  physiological processes with focus and concentration, one's attention, one's Energy is a preliminary and most important Goal.  this practice creates a key helping One find one's greater being or your own Soul.

What else is important?

How you go forth is incredibly crucial, important as it is the difference between consistent and un-consistent Practice.  There is nothing more important than your own Evolution.  Not selfish, honest, asking what face (?) do you present to the World helps one understand, practically speaking, the more aware and wiser you are, the more capacity one has to give and be helpful.  Improvement in every waY.

Nourishing our Selves is the How and we'll discuss this next.  We need feed the fire of Life.  What we feed our Selves is whom we are.  (Feed=energy inputs of all kinds)

let me know your opinions and comments, I want to improve and attend to your inquiries, OK?
