Focusing on the past will never change it. The only thing it does is hurt your present and give you a future that you don’t want.

There’s this saying that some may find corny, but it’s true.

“The present is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.”

Focusing on the past is like trying to hold sand in your hands. What you should do is LEARN from the past. Grow from the past. Reflecting on what you’ve done to improve is huge!

So as an artist, I want you to think about what you’ve done and how you’ve grown.
