The Celtics (46-18) won their 4th in a row by beating the Los Angeles Lakers, 111-101 Saturday night at TD Garden. The Celtics opened up the game in the 3rd when they outscored the Lakers, 29-13. Celtics largest in the 3rd and for the Game was 22 Points. The loss snapped the Lakers 8-Game win streak.

Scoring Leaders: Jayson Tatum finished the game with his 4th 40-Point Game of the season with 40 Points, 12 Rebounds, and 8 Assists. Jaylen Brown added 31. Al Horford had 14 Points and 9 Rebounds. LeBron James had 22 Points, 14 Rebounds and 9 Assists, but he was not on the floor late due to a groin injury. Luka Doncic, playing his 1st Game against the Celtics since being traded from Dallas to LA and he scored 34 Points.

Almost At Full Strength: Jrue Holiday returned to the Celtics lineup Saturday night. Holiday had missed previous 4 games and 9 of previous 12 games. Sam Hauser also returned and played off the bench. Kristaps Porzingis was held out of the lineup again because of illness and he's missed 6 of the Celtics last 7 games.

Celtics led by 4 at Halftime.
