President Trump delivered a historic, record-breaking speech to Congress last night. The 100 minute, 9,900 word speech broke President Clinton's record from the 2000 State of the Union. Beyond the length, was the power, grace and impact of the speech. President Trump highlighted the accomplishments already made within the first 43 days of his administration. Among those include undoing the disastrous and tragic policies from the Biden administration. From Payton McNabb, who was left with a traumatic brain injury after a transgender-identifying man spiked a volleyball into her head to the family of Laken Riley, who was killed by an illegal immigrant while out for a jog. President Trump signed the Laken Riley Act immediately upon taking office and designated the brutal gang members and cartels as foreign terrorist. The president is forever tied to Corey Comperatore and his family as he honored the fallen firefighters memory. It was teary-eyed as Secret Service agent Sean Curry hugged 13 year old DJ Daniel, who is fighting brain cancer but dreams of becoming a police officer. President Trump proved he is a man of great empathy as the facade of the Democratic party's once claim to being the "party of the people" fades away as they sit their scowl-faced and smug the entire time. From securing the border, eliminating waste, fraud and abuse to perhaps peace in Ukraine, it turns out, all we needed was a new president.
