A Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, mother of three, and author of, The Feel Good Fix,  offering quick, fun and effective bitesize exercise, mind and lifestyle ‘snacks’ to make you feel good, both physically and mentally. Lavina champions the power of movement with her motto: ‘Exercise for Sanity, not Vanity.’ She has led the, Get UK Asians Fit! campaign, pioneered Exercise Snackingand created inclusive workout programs for seniors, often alongside her 74-year-old mother-in-law.

Join us as Lavina shares her expert insights on how movement and lifestyle shifts can help us embrace menopause with strength and confidence.
