Josh Quong is a second generation Chinese American that grew up in the Mississippi Delta, that has this burning passion for upland bird hunting, german short-hair pointers, and fly-fishing. He is also likely one of the most eloquently speaking individuals you will come across teaching English to hundreds of students where he recites a poem before the start of every class. I challenged him about the use of the term harvest vs. kill when it comes to the hunting. Here is his answer.
