James Lutalo is the Director Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities in the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities in the Republic of Uganda. It's simple, hunting is a necessary tool for the Republic of Uganda to manage and sustainably utilize its wildlife. Without hunting, there is a good chance that Uganda's incredible biodiversity and game rich landscapes will be decimated by human encroachment and poaching.
