One Small Group, Moving Together {Only 4 Spots}
There’s something different about being in a small room.
Where everyone knows your name. Where each of your cohort knows your work and is highly invested in your progress. Where you’re not just listening – you’re being seen, coached, and actively moving forward alongside women who are just as committed as you are.
That’s what a small group coaching experience is about.
For 6 months, I’ll be working closely with a tight-knit group of just 4 women inside an intimate, high-touch coaching container. All with the intention of mastering the skills of naturally healthy eating and losing weight for the last time.
Here’s what’s included:
→ Weekly 1-Hour Coaching Sessions: Focused, personalized small group coaching where you’ll get clear on exactly where to shift, get unstuck, and learn from the breakthroughs of the women in your group. All recorded.
→ High-Touch Progress Evaluations: So you stay accountable and actually seeyour progress.
→ Private Slack Channel: Direct coaching from me anytime between sessions, plus daily support from your small group.
→ Physical Copy of the Own Your Eating Habits Workbook: A tangible resource to work through alongside coaching.
