Meanwhile, Taiwanese chip giant TSMC pledges to build to build 5 semi-conductor factories in the U.S., worth almost $100bn. The move could be the largest FDI in U.S. history. Opec + nations announce their first output hike since 2022, increasing to 138,000bpd starting next month.
