Negative thinking will stop you. You will procrastinate and believe you cannot do tasks or achieve things due to believing that what you plan will have no "mistakes"

A plan is an outline to a goal. If you don't add to the top of the page "When things come along outside of my control, I will deal with it and learn" Then ya not helping when things do come along. Let the brain know.
