When we think about how far we can go, it can be empowering to see how far we have come. Eddie initially reached out to have me on his podcast, and it has been my pleasure to get to know him better.
In this episode, he shares his story of hardship coming up, military service, issues re-integrating and finding purpose, health, and resilience through it all.

Eddie Lowery enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2012. Assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt he spent the next 4 years advancing from E-1 to E-5 in 2.5 years, earning 3 warfare specialist pine and receiving multiple Naval Achievement Medals.
After returning to his home in the PNW he became involved in volunteering in the Veteran community to help military members with the fight back home. He focuses on his training with firearms, improving fitness and strengthening his family.
Also focusing on helping connect other veterans with resources and mental health care through the Eddie Lowery Off The Deep End Podcast.
