So to help us judge these.....interesting looks, we have Drag Duel contestant and outfit construction extraordinaire Titanic Donavon! We'll go through every look, talk about the iconic lip sync, and as always, we'll be giving out Cold Cases and Closed Cases and ask the age old question, IS IT RIGGED???
