I'm always advocating to 'get outside & go inward,' so let's do that together with this meditative walk with mindful breath experience to get yourself more present, mindful, relieve stress and breathe into the beauty of nature & fresh air. Reconnect to yourself and pause from your screens, from consuming with your eyes and rest your mind, relax and enjoy. Get your sneakers on & let's go for a walk outside!
