The Tennessee Titans need a quarterback and if you look to free agency, the only real option is Sam Darnold and that should make Titans fans very worried, but there is a number where Darnold becomes palatable. Justin Fields is another name connected to the Titans and while he doesn't necessarily make sense, a lot of players in his range do. Finally, if the Titans do draft a quarterback with the first pick, they will need a veteran backup to teach him the ropes and there are a few of those available as well.
