Description
Chris Urban, 26 years old, groomed a decoy whom he believed to be thirteen years old named “Kellie”. In his chat, he tests to see what she has done sexually and what she’d be willing to do for him. Urban showed up to the sting house all jittery, clearly under the influence of drugs (which is ironic, since he was wearing a DEA hat at the time of the sting).
