Description
Marshall, a 27 year old First Lieutenant in the Illinois National Guard, started chatting with a decoy pretending to be a 15 year old girl. He sent the decoy links to porn sites and encouraged her to watch the videos. Marshall then tells the girl he wants to go skinny dipping with her. He tried to meet her vigorously and insistently, repeatedly asking to meet and for directions to her house.
